1. Booking.

Booking Via email, message, whatsapp or phone call.  You will be asked about your item, fault, work required or parts that need fitting and contact information. This is to ensure we have all the relevant information to process the required works

2. Collection

Once the booking form has been completed and logged, We will then arrange to collect your item and return to our workshop, a deposit request may be sent (depending on work required) this will then confirm and add the job to the current work schedule

3. Pre work

Before work starts we carry out an initial check of the item and pictures taken. A pre-work chrono check will be completed for a base line to be established.

4. Workbench

If in for a fault or service we will carry out the necessary checks and strip with photos taken to confirm fault (or identify any possible future issues if in for service). In the case of upgrade or custom work then this will be carried out during this stage

For any extra work identified you will receive a quote laying out the cost and approx. time frame. As per your instruction we will then either carry on with initial confirmed work or order parts if required and not in stock
