TWS Airsoft Limited is a business registered in the United Kingdom. We specialise in the repair, maintenance, and customisation of airsoft equipment for recreational use only.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use our services. By submitting equipment or placing an order, you confirm that:
You are legally entitled to own and possess airsoft equipment;
You are not prohibited from using or receiving services related to replica firearms under UK law.
3. Services Provided
We offer:
Airsoft gun diagnostics, repairs, and servicing
Custom upgrades and performance tuning
Aesthetic modifications and part installation
Maintenance consultations
All work is carried out on airsoft replicas only. We do not work on real firearms or deactivated firearms.
4. Legality and Compliance
It is your responsibility to ensure that any modifications comply with UK law, including the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 and any local or devolved legislation.
We only customise equipment that is compliant with UK airsoft laws (e.g., sub-370fps with full-auto; 500fps for semi-only).
We reserve the right to refuse service for any work that may result in the item becoming illegal or unsafe.

6. Payment Terms
We require full or partial payment before work begins, depending on the service.
Payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer via link
Custom or special-order parts are non-refundable once ordered.
7. Shipping and Handling
You are responsible for safe delivery and collection of your equipment.
We recommend tracked and insured delivery.
We are not liable for loss or damage during shipping unless it occurs under our care.
8. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to part availability, equipment condition, or other unforeseen issues.
9. Warranties and Liability
We offer a 3month workmanship warranty on repairs and upgrades.
Warranty does not cover misuse, third-party tampering, or standard wear and tear.
We are not liable for damage or injury caused by the use or misuse of modified equipment.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
10. Returns and Cancellations
Custom work is non-refundable once started.
Cancellations may incur a charge to cover time and parts already used.
If we supply parts or products, you may have the right to return unused items within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (unless bespoke).
